Hello again,
I figured out the solution so I wanted to share it with everyone havin=
g =

this issue.
I took the rr232x driver out of the kernel.
Overwritten the /boot/kernel/rr232x.ko file with rr232x-6.2-amd64.ko fro=
m =

the 1.03 driver disk.
Added rr232x_load=3D"YES" to /boot/loader.conf

It sounds simple but it wasn't that clear(FreeBSD 6.2 only has 1.02 driv=
er =

in GENERIC)

I also wanted to ask if there was some way to compile the module in =

statically?
And If someone is working on porting driver 1.04 (RAID6).

Hope this helps people with the same problem googling for solution,
Vasek
