Bugzilla Automation <bugzilla@FreeBSD.org> has asked freebsd-x11 mailing li= st <x11@FreeBSD.org> for maintainer-feedback: Bug 244306: x11-servers/xorg-server: starting OpenGL application freezes the display (regression with 1.20.7) https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=3D244306 --- Description --- Since upgrading xorg-server to 1.20.7 (built and installed with default settings), starting an OpenGL application seems to grab input events and fr= eeze before any window is realized. This happens for instance with firefox and mpv and I was able check the apparent relation to OpenGL with a self-maintained application that I can b= uild with or without GL support (freezes in the first case, works fine in the latter). The pointer moves normally but neither mouse or touchpad clicks or regular keyboard inputs work (ctrl-alt-Fn does). This is on a Lenovo X220 with FreeBSD 12.1 stable and relevant ports up to date.
