Relative links let me install a local copy and look around it in the sure knowledge that I'm still on my local site, and it also allows people to install mirrors in a subdirectory of their main server or even their home directory. The one that phantom changed above specifically referred to the "FreeBSD web site" so is OK, but the others should stay.
