Stop saying "OpenPackages format" -- there is no such thing.  :)

As JKH says, OP && libh are parallel efforts.  OP is mainly
trying to consolidate the pkgsrc side of things as well as the
bootstrap tools for that.  You've got a nice package manager
written already, and in the near future I think I'll try it out
myself and see about getting OP to adopt it, at least the package
management part.  So, carry on, we will merge them later, OK?  :)
