Not sure about the JDK but I just wrote all the FBSD people working on the nvidia drivers and that is not what I get at all. Work has slowed down basicaly because the driver is compleat besides the glx code which is needed for 3D acceleration.. Unfortunatly nvidia have not been forth comming with the needed infomation and code for this part as of yet... We were planning to start a discusion mailing list, but our server guys wife recently had a baby and as you can expect he hasnt really been around... I will try and see whats going on with that now actualy, but keep an eye on the page for it..
