I have good news and I have bad news: The good news is, with the recently committed nsp driver, the following line in my kernel config device nsp and the following entry in /etc/pccard.conf card "KME" "SCSI-CARD-001" config auto "nsp" ? I get the following dmesg output nsp0 at port 0x240-0x24f iomem 0xd0000-0xd0fff irq 3 slot 0 on pccard0 nsp0: try to reset scsi bus SCSI_LOW_ATTENTION(msgout): 0x40 cd0 at nsp0 bus 0 target 1 lun 0 cd0: Removable CD-ROM SCSI-2 device cd0: cd present [275167 x 2048 byte records] SCSI_LOW_ATTENTION(msgout): 0x40 and I have a functional cd-r device! Just remember, the dip switch on the card has to be in the 16bit position. The bad news is, I recently bought a 1460 on eBay :-) -stacy -- Nothing spoils fun like finding out it builds character. - Calvin Stacy Millions stacy@millions.ca Millions Consulting Limited To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-mobile" in the body of the message
