What is involved in Web-hosting, at a minimum, equipment notwithstanding. I figured to provide space, consulting and 1 pop address to start out small. I am planning on using FreeBSD for the host, Apache as the Web server, basically everything included in the distribution. This is not to start out as a strict ISP, just Web-presence. -- UNIX Rules!!!
