Synopsis: Upgrading converters/libiconv from 1.14_2 to 1.14_3 breaks some applications

State-Changed-From-To: open->closed
State-Changed-By: tijl
State-Changed-When: Tue Apr 1 11:10:05 CEST 2014
State-Changed-Why:
The problem with fvwm has been fixed already. A new set of packages will
be built on Wednesday and should become available a few days later.
The problem with twm must be something else because it does not use iconv.
It also just works over here. If you still want to see it work then please
open a separate PR and include console output and/or /var/log/Xorg.0.log.
