The pw program can be used to do this.. But you will need to write some scripts your self to use it... I wrote a program in perl for a college to add accounts for students to the system from a flat text file with comma seperated fields... If you interested I can give you that, it should be easy to change it for your needs or maybe I can even do customize it for you.. Anyway let me know if your interested...
