To be overly anal, PGP in fact uses IDEA _and_ RSA. Data is encryped with 
an IDEA key, which is then included in the outgoing packet which is 
encrypted with the RSA key. This makes the body of the message more 
resistant to brute force attacks, blah blah blah.
