So, this is why I wrote many messages in the last 2/3 days. Now, we have a better idea of what to do and where to start from, who is a tester, and who can write code. > Just have fun, learn, BE, DO. So all of you just have fun, > hack around, compare notes, co-ordinate, help each other out. As I said it's not important 6 days, 6 weeks or 6 years. We can do a war plan for the next 10 years, but we have to do it! > And soon enough a better more solid framework will start showing for a > finished sparc port. But you cant think of it as doing a sparc port as the > final goal that is to far ahead. The first port will be unstable and not so good. The second one will be rewritten usign the knowledge from the first port. This is how I work. First try to do it, and try to understand how everything works (sparc assembly, sparc architeture, and so on..) Then we can do serious projects and coding. 8) Thanks Ciao Ciao Paolo Di Francesco _ ->B<- All Recycled Bytes Message ... ~ To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-sparc" in the body of the message
