Sometimes I file bugs with the wrong Category, Priority, or Class because I focus on the details behind what I'm reporting and forget the other details in qualifying the bug.

It might be a good idea if the dropdown boxes were unset ('') to force individuals, like me, to punch in the right info instead of forcing the bugbusters to correct the categorization for some of the things I submit.
