Apparently, some commit within the last 24 to 48 hours or so has broken ACPI on my Inspiron 5160. Booting with ACPI I get as far as Copyright (c) 1992-2005 The FreeBSD Project. Without ACPI the boot continues. A full dmesg (without ACPI, obviously) is attached. This is just a heads-up. I haven't tried to figure it out yet as it happened late last night. I'll try to look at it today, but if someone fixes it before then that would be great. :-) (Apologies if this comes through twice; I'm fighting ISP insanity, sigh.) -- Frank Mayhar frank@exit.com http://www.exit.com/ Exit Consulting http://www.gpsclock.com/ http://www.exit.com/blog/frank/ --=-ZiBA4/zBUjp1BryjWHeq Content-Disposition: attachment; filename=dmesg.lap Content-Type: text/plain; name=dmesg.lap; charset=ISO-8859-1 Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit Copyright (c) 1992-2005 The FreeBSD Project.
