This PR is not about multiple versions of SQLAlchemy coexisting on the same
system (though that's possible in Python world too).

This PR is about ports, that need SOME version of SQLAlchemy, being satisfi=
ed
with ANY version of SQLAlchemy, that happens to already be installed on the
machine.
