I have a 28.8kbps USR internal modem which is connected to our
486DLC-4mb 
PC.  The ports (sio1, sio2, sio3) were not detected by FreeBSD
2.1.7-RELEASE.  I followed the steps in the FreeBSD Handbook but OS
displays 'Device not configured'.
