patch to emove obsolete hint to disable LAPIC timers

With PR 147180[0] I submitted a change to the acpi(4) manpage, that is obsolete
since mav@ introduced the modern event timer infrastructure in FreeBSD 9.

I put mav@ in CC: so he can veto this change.
