You might run into the ratelimiting of github and end up with empty or incomplete packages. Building rclone using poudriere on my end works as expected. I even rebuilt rclone since go was upgraded in the ports tree. After running make distclean, you might want to check if there are still fi= les in this directory: /usr/ports/distfiles/go/net_rclone/pkg/mod/ If that's the case you should try removing everything from there recursively and retry building rclone.
