1. Ports www/p5-FCGI-ProcManager and p5-FastCGI-ProcManager are duplicate.

2. Port www/p5-FastCGI have incorrect name. Shoud be www/p5-FCGI, because perl module named FCGI.

1. Delete p5-FastCGI-ProcManager beacause it haven't maintainer and it incorrect named. 

2. Rename www/p5-FastCGI to www/p5-FCGI because perl module named FCGI and
equal names with modules using it (p5-FCGI-Async, p5-FCGI-ProcManager etc)
