I'm getting further with i4bisppp. Got over the authentication
phase and with private help from Gary Jennejohn and FAQ
reading I got to a point where the initial handshake seems to be ok
but something seems to go wrong in the sppp layer:

Jan 6 12:29:50 isdn-kukulies /kernel: isp0: ipcp output <conf-ack id=0x2 len=10
 03-06-86-82-01-0a>
Jan 6 12:29:50 isdn-kukulies /kernel: isp0: ipcp input(ack-sent): <conf-ack id=
0x70 len=10 03-06-89-e2-08-35>

Jan 6 12:30:04 isdn-kukulies /kernel: isp0: phase terminate
Jan 6 12:30:04 isdn-kukulies /kernel: isp0: ipcp down(opened)
Jan 6 12:30:04 isdn-kukulies /kernel: isp0: ipcp close(starting)
Jan 6 12:30:04 isdn-kukulies /kernel: isp0: sppp_set_ip_addr: rtinit DEL failed
, error=3
Jan 6 12:30:04 isdn-kukulies /kernel: isp0: lcp output <term-req id=0x71 len=4>
Jan 6 12:30:04 isdn-kukulies /kernel: isp0: lcp input(closing): <term-ack id=0x
71 len=4>

Any clues?
