Yes, all these ports of apache13* are unhandy. If would be better to have a master port for apache13, and slaves for -fp / -modssl / etc. But there is a workaround: it is possible to run pkgdepfix to register the effective dependencies (it comes with sysutils/portupgrade). -- Th.
