Okay.  Forgive me if the reply sounds anal, not meaning to.
Do a Google/Yahoo/Bing search for "Bus error 10" freebsd powerpc64.
What's listed is a hardware error. You will need to do the following.
Pastebinit /var/log/Xorg.0.log. Do a boot -vv from the comand line, dmesg
>& dmesg-verbose.txt and pastebinit also. Send these to the following
addresses for help: danfe@freebsd.org, nwhitehorn@freebsd.org,
grehan@freebsd.org, jhibbits@freebsd.org, and freebsd-ppc@freebsd.org. Do
you have any other graphics cards around to be tested?
