Ok so here is the first line of the script upload.cgi;
#!/usr/local/bin/perl5.003 -w
#

OK so I checked it and well I have ......./perl5.00404 so I put it in an
dit works.  YEAH thanks bunches

on the second note I saw it noted in a mail message that someone should
confirm they have script logging turned on.
Does anyone have an idea on that? the confirming process that is?
