Adding HDD (PATA or SATA) or even a second NIC on an ASUS P5K. A new Power supply fixed those and other similar problems, but not before I had bought a GigaByte G33-DS3R replacement MB - and hit the same wall. Though I have a dual-trace Fluke 'Scopemeter', the PSU was so cheap I never did check to see if it was voltage drop or just noise spiking. Not to say this applies in your case, just that it is reasonably easy to check. Bill
