For some reason net-snmp still does memory grovelling to get data for ssCpuRawInterrupt; it has no relation to data reported by 'sysctl vm.stats.sys.v_intr'.

Run "snmpget ... UCD-SNMP-MIB::ssCpuRawInterrupt.0" several times, watch the value.  It changes, but much too slowly and may also decrease.
