An associate of mine recently upgraded from 4.3-RELEASE to -STABLE, build
from last night, and all of a sudden Neomail and Webmin don't work.  They
both the MD5 digest of Perl.  It doesn't look like anything perl-wise was
messed with in the upgrade, because he had NOPERL=true in /etc/make.conf.

Can anyone shine some light on this?
