Update of net/liferea

- Update to 1.10.12
- Remove unneeded patch
- Adjust dependencies

I noticed, plugins are broken (they depend of devel/libpeas) on Xfce desktop
(it's not the first time, I observed this behaviour with applications that
require libpeas).
