My first guess would be that you haven't installed the CPU terminator. 8)

Dual PIII/500, 128MB on two non-ECC DIMMS; a variety of peripherals 
including various RAID controllers, onboard IDE and SCSI all active.

I'm fairly sure the FSB is only running at 100MHz.
