X11 screen shots I usually do with the 'GIMP' (Menu->aquire), but 'xv' is
nice too. (Both are in the ports collection)

Depends on the format of the floppy. 
Most people still use MS DOS formatted floppies, so you should
look into 'mtools' from the ports collection.

Printing the screenshot bitmap depends on your Win32 system
having a program that understands that bitmap format.

You could save as BMP in worst case.

I have the Win32 port of the GIMP installed on my Win95
partition (because I was so stupid to buy a cheapo scanner
that is supperted only under Win95).

So no problem with file formats.
