I want to make a central ports ftp server for my site and it looked like the MASTER_SITE_BACKUP and MASTER_SITE_OVERRIDE variables in make.conf were just the ticket. I enabled those bad boys, but when I type 'make fetch' in a port subdir it doesn't seem to be picking up my change. Is there something I have to do in order to get the new values in /etc/make.conf to be picked up by make? I don't recall that being a problem previously...
