tclock fails to compile on a 4.6-STABLE system which was cvsup'd 
29-Jun-2002 and 2-Jul-2002 (see below). However, it does compile fine and 
work on a 4.6-STABLE system that was cvsup'd on 20-Jun-2002 and running 
XFree86-4.1.0_6

make of /usr/ports/x11-clocks/tcclock  fails with the following...
