Maybe the stripping is a bad thing. That's strange, I don't think this is an issue of the the strip command. What ist the output of the following commands # devel/apr $ ldd /usr/local/lib/apr-util-1/apr_crypto_openssl.so # www/apache22 buid and stage directory $ ldd work/httpd-2.2.27/modules/ssl/.libs/mod_ssl.so $ ldd work/stage/usr/local/libexec/apache22/mod_ssl.so
