On that score I have connected two sub networks with a router (FreeBSD 4.5-RELEASE, pim6dd-20010602a). Sending and receiving multicast message within both sub networks are working. ICMP messages between hosts in different sub networks can be exchanged. But the multicast packets are not forwarded from the router. Can you give me some hints to my problem. Thanks in advance!
