Thank You for your help in advance. It seems that the problem is related to Squirrelmail, particularly to the file attaching process. Every time a certain account tries to upload an attachement the above described happens. I'm absolutely sure that the problem is not FreeBSD related. Something with Squirrelmail or with the account is wrong.
