	devel/gconf 0.9 dies a horrible and confusing death if wrong
	version of libxml installed
>How-To-Repeat:
	Install gnome from ports (portinstall -R gnome) without
	deinstalling all traces of libxml.
>Fix:

	If a slightly old version of libxml is installed, gconf 0.9 will
	not build and the error message is nearly impossible to trace
	back to libxml.  Add libxml to the LIB_DEPENDS to insure proper
	version dependency...
