Synopsis: new port: mail/qmail-scanner

State-Changed-From-To: open->feedback
State-Changed-By: edwin
State-Changed-When: Fri Jan 17 19:02:28 PST 2003
State-Changed-Why:
This port at least needs a run-dependancy on devel/p5-Time-HiRes
and a build-dependancy on mail/qmail. Further on, it complains
spam-assassin isn't working properly, that's mail/p5-Mail-SpamAssassin.

Could you please check for other ports which are needed, update the
Makefile for it and contact me about it?
