Moreover, if sysinstall is run during installation the system if forced to reboot after this crash. FreeBSD 8.1 or 8.2RC3 see my ethernet card but is unable to correctly configure it. It shows in dmesg with re0 but doesn't appear in ifconfig. With this configuration sysinstall crashes.
