Technically it is an Ultrasparc IIi upgrade for SparcStation 5 & 20 systems. Mine has a 360mhz processor and 512mb ram. No problems at all booting from the CD-Rom and installing it. Ethernet worked fine too. (Onboard and sunswift). Just wanted to let you know. -- Thomas
