A small workaround is to change:

-    const u_int16_t   *dv_ispfw;  /* ptr to f/w */
+    u_int16_t   *dv_ispfw;  /* ptr to f/w */

in src/sys/dev/isp/ispvar.h:76

I don't know if this is ok but I does at least make the kernel build
and should not hurt as long as you don't use the isp device
