I have rebuilt the latest Qt. Any ideas? Upgrade to kde-2.2. I was having things like what I thought was a race condition on my SMP system. I could run kde-2.1.1 without any problems for days. I upgraded to kdelibs-2.1.2 on 4.4-rc1 and the system would be ok for a while (30-180) minutes. Then, it my system would totally lock up. It was painful to upgrade to 2.2 but most of those problems have been taken care of now. Kde-2.1 had more than its share of problems. Kent > > Thanks > Nadav > > PS.
