https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=202683 Bug ID: 202683 Summary: [patch] www/firefox: DSA -> RSA in pkg-message Product: Ports & Packages Version: Latest Hardware: Any OS: Any Status: New Keywords: patch Severity: Affects Some People Priority: --- Component: Individual Port(s) Assignee: gecko@FreeBSD.org Reporter: naddy@FreeBSD.org Flags: maintainer-feedback?(gecko@FreeBSD.org) Keywords: patch Assignee: gecko@FreeBSD.org Created attachment 160387 --> https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/attachment.cgi?id=160387&action=edit Change DSA to RSA key in pkg-message The pkg-message of www/firefox{,-esr} recommends creating a DSA key for SFTP access with gvfs. Why DSA? Does anybody remember? OpenSSH 7.0 has finally deprecated DSA keys and disabled them by default. It would make more sense to recommend OpenSSH's default key format, i.e., RSA. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.
