That matches exactly a problem that occurs (rarely) to me when I have mulitiple Netscape windows open and in use. That is the "Package" Netscape not the port. Both O/S and package were off the October 3.3 release. When the system gets to this state, the only option is a hard reboot, right? I had assumed I had stuffed some configuration issue. If it *is* the same problem, I do run a twin Adaptec 2940UW but not vinum. I do however us both SCSI busses. If you think it might be related and I can supply more information, please let me know.
