I think this port commit conflicts with databases/db3 port.
Port db-3.2.9 installs files bin/db3_dump, include/db3/db.h.
But port db-3.3.11 overwrites (probably already installed)
bin/db3_dump, include/db3/db.h.
Please mark this port as BROKEN.
