(I am on custom kernel and local compile, but based on others having the is= sue, I think that's not critical here.) Commenting out the: if (limit > id) id =3D limit; check in sys/x86/cpufreq/hwpstate.c@176 fixes this. (Following the patch in base r357336 with much less finesse.) I see this has been closed for nine months, but the fix did not make it into 12.2.
