If I rollback the jail to 14-ALPHA2 and do: ABI=3D"FreeBSD:15:amd64" pkg -r /usr/local/poudriere/jails/main/ upgrade before base 78847e1e5927 and base 4e899378bf5d, then the jail would get upgraded to 15.
