Hi there! I've got a Highpoint RocketRAID 454 Controller running under FreeBSD 5.3. It needs a binary only driver (hpt374.ko) to run. I'd like to upgrade to 6.0 for several reasons, but the latest driver module from highpoint is for 5.3. So here's my question: Is it possible to simply run the 5.3 kernel module under 6.x? In theory this could work if the kernel interfaces haven't changed, right? Please also respond directly to me since I am not subscribed to this list. Thanks for your help, Rainer
