Hiya,

I've got a problem with my Sound Blaster 16 Multi-CD hanging after I reboot
FreeBSD and start up Windows. When the CTSB16.SYS driver is loaded under DOS,
I get an error and Windows reports that the Midi port is incorrectly mapped.
Then, if I do a hard reset or power cycle my pc, everything's fine. I've
had this problem in 1.1.5.1 and now 2.0.5. It only seems to mess up on a
warm boot. Is anyone else having this problem?
