Thanks. I finally determined the problem had something to do
with "Dangerously Dedicated". As soon as I went to a
non-dedicated disk and re-installed (for the *sigh* 4th time) and
it was able to install without any problems.
This is a suggestion for the FAQ/Install manual people:
Put the not to the problem with some award bios' into the
install document. And you may just reccomend the non-dangerous
install since it is only a few cylinders anyways.
