it doesn't need to be exact, or exhaustive, and i am talking about
MOST IMPORTANT stuff, those that makes a difference between releases,
and from the user's perspective correspond to significant changes
in functionality of the system.

I don't expect the list to have more than 10-15 big such items
(forget small patches and improvements to existing subsytems).
