> in openpam_load_module(): no /usr/local/lib/pam_ldap.so found > pam_start:system error FWIW I've just fought a couple hours with the same problem just to realize that I was using openldap-client-2.4.13 together with pam_ldap-1.8.4_1 built against openldap-client-2.4.15_1. Everything is in order now that I've replaced openldap-client-2.4.13 with openldap-client-2.4.15_1. Regards, Thierry
