it would be better to send this sort of question to freebsd-isdn.

AFAIK the AVM Fritzcard is supported by isdn4bsd, which can be obtained
from ftp.consol.de under /pub. You MUST login as isdn4bsd.

In fact, here's a comment from the AVM driver:
	-hm     checked with an AVM Fritz!Card (PCB version: A1 3.0 FC)
so I guess it is supported.
